Medical Esthetician
We are looking for an enthusiastic, out going licensed aesthetician/laser technician who will take the initiative to grow the cosmetic portion of our practice, and enhance their professional growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ year’s experience in both aesthetics and laser training. This is a team-oriented environment that rewards great performance. The best candidate will be retail minded, possess strong communication skills and have a positive attitude. He/She will be responsible for providing aesthetic consultation and services. This person must have a good work ethic, and be polished and professional in both demeanor and dress. He/she will be reliable and outgoing, an enthusiastic, detail oriented problem solver with exceptional customer service skills. This person must be punctual and have an ability to prioritize and multi-task. You will be responsible for promoting products and services, constructing cosmetic specials and promotions on social media, working to continually build schedule, and will continually grow in knowledge and skill through seminars, continuing education, and any learning opportunities. We're looking for someone who can:

• Assist providers with cosmetic procedures
• Self motivation and able to work independently and as a team
• Ability to utilize POS and EMA to schedule patients
• Perform: facials, peels, microdermabrasion, Lasers, Microneedling, LHR, and much more cosmetic procedures, sciton lasers, Coolscupting, Cooltone etc
• Sterilize, clean, and maintain equipment according to state regulations
• Educate, recommend, and prepare skin care regimens for clients
• Prepare marketing information for monthly specials
• Organize, prepare and promote beauty events
• Responsible for internal marketing to medical providers and patients
• Posting and marketing on Facebook/Instagram
• Attend outside events to market and promote services and business
• Perform Monthly inventory
• Aim to reach monthly goals A "Go-Getter" with sales.
• Maintain licensing and continuing education
• Utilize time management to work within scheduled times
• Administrative duties including answering the phone, phone consults, scheduling appointments, work flow, taking payments, managing aesthetic product inventory
• Help out with MA's and Physicians on the medical aspect of the job as needed

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ year’s experience as an Aesthetician.
• A minimum of 2+ year’s experience as a Laser Technician.
• Must take initiative to promote self and products and build and retain clientele.
• Have knowledge of various skin care treatments.
• Adapt in designing specific treatments based on the client's individual needs.
• Create a pleasant experience for clients through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• State Aesthetic License
• Extensive knowledge of skin types, potential allergies and other complications that may arise from treatments.

• Tattoo Removal
• PRP
• Microneedling, Microneedling with RF
• Cooltone
• Plasma Pen MD
• Vivace
• MOXI
• Coolsculpting

This is a full time/part time position for an office that is computer based (EMA). Our office is open on 2 Saturdays a month currently, you must be willing to work at least one Saturday a month from 8:00-12:00pm.
