Our Licensed Estheticians will enjoy a supportive, professional environment along with competitive pay that rewards you for your passion and drive. Estheticians earn 40–55% commission based on average weekly service volume, plus 100% of your tips, and are paid on a biweekly payroll schedule via direct deposit.

Summit Bodywork is a concept created and brought to life by the owner and staff of Foothills Physical Therapy Group. For more than 30 years, Foothills has provided exceptional outpatient rehabilitation services to the South Knoxville community and surrounding areas. Through Summit Bodywork, the team aims to expand its reach and continue sharing its passion for wellness, movement, and empowering individuals to live active, fulfilled lives.

This expansion presents a unique, symbiotic opportunity to cultivate a broader client base through increased community exposure and established referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness-based esthetic treatments combining effective skincare with restorative techniques designed to support both skin health and overall well-being.
• Customized facials
• Hydrating and barrier-repair treatments
• Lymphatic facial massage
• Gua sha or facial sculpting
• Scalp, neck, and shoulder massage incorporated into facials
• Holistic or stress-relief focused skincare services
• Work closely with management and product reps to create and update a service menu complete with signature and seasonal treatment offerings
• Maintain clean and professional treatment area
• Build rapport and encourage client rebooking
• Communicate effectively with clients about treatment plans
• Follow all Tennessee state licensing and sanitation standards

Schedule

• Open Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Expected minimum of 2–3 days per week depending on availability
• At least 1 Saturday per month required

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Aesthetician License
• Clear background check
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Professional demeanor and reliability
• Passion and creativity to aid in creating a service menu

Preferred:

• 1+ year experience (not required for strong candidates)
• CPR certification
