Duties

• Provide a wide range of esthetic treatments, including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, body waxing, hair threading, and makeup application.
• Perform advanced procedures such as esthetic laser treatments, tattooing, and dermal fillers with precision and care.
• Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend tailored treatment plans that meet individual goals.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment environment, adhering strictly to sanitation standards and protocols
• Engage clients through social media management and product demos to effectively promote services and drive retail sales.
• Upsell skincare products and wellness packages while providing excellent guest services that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing education on topics like color theory, nail care, hair styling, barbering techniques, and Med spa innovations.
• Support team collaboration by assisting with retail sales initiatives and promoting a positive hospitality atmosphere.

Skills

• Strong social media management skills for marketing services and engaging with clients online.
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
• Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure safety standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Licensed cosmetology or esthetician certification with additional training in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser therapy, and tattooing
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products clearly and confidently.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $23.54 - $28.34 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
