Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments;,medical facials dermabrasion, peels with precision and care
• Conduct body waxing services and makeup applications to enhance client confidence and satisfaction
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
• Provide personalized product demos and recommend retail skincare products to clients based on their individual needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging clients professionally, listening attentively, and addressing their concerns effectively
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using the clinic’s booking system to optimize client flow and minimize wait times
• Support administrative tasks including client record keeping, processing payments, and maintaining inventory of skincare products and supplies

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician
• we will train / entry level ok
• Strong communication skills to educate clients about treatments and product options clearly and confidently
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times
• Ability to perform retail sales effectively by demonstrating products and providing tailored recommendations
• Experience with product demos to educate clients on skincare routines and new treatments
• Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments, client records, and inventory efficiently
• A friendly attitude combined with professional integrity to foster positive client relationships
