Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed esthetician and laser technician to join our team of self-care advocates and skincare experts. In this role, you will primarily provide laser hair removal services and laser facial treatments, ensuring our clients receive results-driven, safe, and personalized care. This position requires a dedicated, results-oriented provider who is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin and excited to grow within our Spa.

You’ll also contribute to the Spa’s growth by engaging with our audience on social media and educating both potential and current clients about our treatments, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

- Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and efficiently on all skin types

- Administer laser facial treatments (such as Aerolase or similar services) to address various skin concerns, including pigmentation, acne, and rejuvenation.

- Conduct client consultations to assess skin types, review medical histories, and recommend appropriate treatments.

- Provide education to clients on pre- and post-treatment care to maximize results and ensure client safety.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room and equipment in compliance with board standards.

- Ensure clients are comfortable, informed, and feel confident in their service throughout their treatment.

Daily & Operational Tasks

- Assist in maintaining an organized and welcoming Spa environment for all clients.

- Manage and update detailed client records, including treatment history, preferences, and contraindications.

- Stay current with certifications, safety protocols, and knowledge of laser technology and skincare treatments.

- Communicate with the Client Coordinator or Manager about inventory needs and treatment room maintenance.

- Follow Spa policies outlined in the employee handbook, including standards for punctuality, attire, and client confidentiality.

Social Media Engagement & Marketing

- Actively promote your services by creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms (e.g., "Behind-the-Scenes," client transformations, treatment tips, etc.).

- Participate in relevant social trends to connect with the audience authentically.

- Highlight client results and share testimonials (with client consent).

- Educate followers about laser hair removal benefits, laser facial treatments, and our retail products, aligning with the Spa’s marketing strategy.

- Collaborate with the Spa owner to create content that builds your personal brand and promotes the business’s mission of elevating self-care through skincare.

Client Relationships

- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and results-driven advice.

- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and answer any post-treatment questions.

- Promote package options, retail skincare products, and ongoing treatments to support client goals.

Qualifications

- Licensure: Licensed Esthetician and Assistant Laser Technician in the state of Georgia.

required; experience working with lasers on darker skin tones is highly preferred.

- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on esthetics experience and laser services.

- Strong knowledge of skin physiology, skincare products, and laser safety protocols.

- Ability to confidently and professionally educate clients on services and products.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
