Duties

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Deliver body waxing with precision and care.
• Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to proper sterilization procedures for all tools and treatment areas.
• Conduct retail sales of skincare products and beauty supplies to support clients’ ongoing beauty regimes.
• Stay current with industry trends and advanced techniques in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion to provide innovative services.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician and Cosmetologist with comprehensive knowledge of skin care, hair removal techniques.
• Proven experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with salon management software or similar platforms for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Hands-on experience performing advanced procedures including laser treatments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively, listen attentively, and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic treatment environment.
• Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced setting while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
