Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician who is passionate about skincare, wellness, and building meaningful relationships with clients. In this role, you will be an important part of our team, helping deliver high-quality esthetic and laser treatments while contributing to the welcoming, supportive atmosphere that makes MINTbody special.

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, and other skincare treatments
• Perform laser treatments (training available if needed)
• Provide thoughtful consultations and personalized treatment plans
• Build strong, genuine relationships with clients
• Educate clients on skincare, treatments, and homecare recommendations
• Support sales of memberships, packages, and services in a natural, helpful way
• Take before-and-after photos for client tracking and marketing
• Contribute to social media content (photos, videos, ideas, and participation)
• Collaborate with team on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
• Maintain treatment rooms and common areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Assist with light housekeeping and daily spa upkeep
• Help support front desk or team needs when needed
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every guest
• Be a supportive, team-focused contributor to a fun and collaborative work culture

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Medical Esthetician and/or Laser Technician in a medical spa or wellness setting.
• Strong knowledge of esthetic and laser treatment procedures, safety protocols, and skincare products.
• Excellent customer service skills with a talent for building rapport and addressing client concerns.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with documenting client records in an EMR system.
• Certification in laser hair removal and esthetic treatments is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
