Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including Hydrafacials, and aesthetic treatments.
• Administer laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and other esthetic laser procedures following safety protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs, explaining treatment options clearly, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
• Manage spa service consultations and sales of skincare products and treatment packages, and memberships to enhance client results and satisfaction.
• Maintain strict cleaning and sanitation standards and adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize salon management software like Boulevard to schedule appointments, process transactions, and keep detailed client records.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician and Laser specialist license.
• Proven experience in retail sales within a spa setting.
• Skilled in performing esthetic laser treatments and facials.
• Knowledge of salon software systems such as Boulevard or similar platforms for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Experience with sanitation practices specific to esthetic services and laser procedures.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
