Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and results-oriented Licensed Esthetician with experience in:

• Laser treatments (hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, hair removal)
• Microneedling
• Body sculpting (EMS, Cryo, RF, fat reduction)
• Advanced corrective facials
• Skin analysis & treatment planning

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Loves transformation-based skincare
• Is comfortable recommending treatment plans ($1,500–$5,000)
• Understands retail and homecare are essential
• Wants to grow with a scaling med spa

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments safely and effectively
• Conduct in-depth consultations and build customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare, collagen cycles, and realistic results
• Convert consultations into package sales
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products
• Maintain accurate client records
• Assist with before & after documentation
• Participate in content creation (optional but preferred)

Compensation

• Starting at $20/hour (based on experience and certifications)
• Commission on packages
• Retail commission

Requirements

• Active Georgia Esthetician License
• Laser certification preferred
• Experience with body contouring devices preferred
• Sales confidence and comfort discussing investment in results
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Availability for evenings and some Saturdays
• Positive attitude and team mindset

• Comfortable being on camera / social media (a plus)
• Understands treatment stacking & long-term skin planning
