Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our growing medical spa team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments while delivering a high-end client experience. You will perform advanced aesthetic services including laser hair removal, CO2 laser treatments, and Ultra laser procedures, while guiding clients through personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their skincare and wellness goals. Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic services including laser hair removal, CO2 laser treatments, Ultra laser procedures, facials, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and analysis to develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s goals and concerns.
• Manage retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and support business growth.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with state licensing requirements and industry best practices.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines to ensure optimal results.

Skills

• Valid esthetician license
• Proven experience in retail sales within a spa or salon environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse clients.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
