Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments and ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in skincare and beauty will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Administer advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, and esthetic laser treatment.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and providing guest services.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment management and client records.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting products and upselling services during client consultations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through product demos to educate clients on skincare regimens.
• Maintain social media presence by showcasing services and client transformations to attract new clientele.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and salon operations.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or certification in esthetics.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a salon or med spa environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, deep tissue massage, tattooing, and nail care is advantageous.
• Experience with guest services and hospitality to enhance the client experience.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
