Duties

• Perform esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols
• Provide a wide range of skincare services such as dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to enhance their results
• Deliver personalized customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and accessories that complement treatments
• Support clients through consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care to ensure satisfaction and optimal results

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in laser technology or willing to obtain required credentials
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care
• Strong communication skills for engaging clients effectively and explaining procedures clearly
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a clinical or spa setting
• Ability to perform deep tissue massage techniques is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products through excellent customer service skills
• Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development
