We are seeking a passionate, professional, and sales-driven Licensed Esthetician who is committed to helping clients achieve their skincare goals while delivering a five-star luxury experience.

Services Performed

• Skin Consultations

Sales & Client Retention Expectations

This is not a position for someone who simply wants to perform services and go home. We are looking for someone who understands that building relationships, retaining clients, and achieving sales goals are essential parts of being a successful esthetician.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
• Recommending retail products based on clients' needs.
• Educating clients on treatment plans and home care.
• Rebooking clients before they leave the spa.
• Converting consultations into services and package sales.
• Following up with clients after treatments.
• Building long-term client relationships and retention.
• Promoting memberships, packages, and ongoing treatment plans.

Daily ResponsibilitiesClient Experience

• Greet clients professionally and warmly.
• Perform detailed skin analyses and consultations.
• Educate clients on skincare products, ingredients, and services.
• Create customized treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed client notes and treatment records.
• Follow up with clients via phone, text, or email.
• Call clients regarding appointments, confirmations, and treatment recommendations.

Spa Operations

• Maintain clean and sanitized treatment rooms.
• Ensure all treatment rooms are stocked and organized.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry throughout the day.
• Keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Maintain a luxury atmosphere throughout the spa.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.

Team Contribution

• Work collaboratively with the team.
• Support fellow service providers when needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Participate in training and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics License required.
• Waxing experience preferred.
• Laser Hair Removal experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Ability to educate clients and confidently recommend products and services.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Weekend availability preferred.
