Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician (urgently hiring)

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized treatments and exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize advanced esthetic techniques, including laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and body waxing, in a welcoming and upscale environment. The candidate must be licensed and experienced in various esthetic procedures, with a strong focus on sanitation, client satisfaction, and retail sales.

Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, eyelash extensions, body waxing, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading.
• Provide personalized skin consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as MINDBODY and other booking systems.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations to enhance results.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety protocols in all procedures to ensure client well-being.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and treatment packages aligned with client needs.
• Ensure the treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for each appointment.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques and industry trends through ongoing professional development.

Skills

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with laser certification.
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments and advanced skincare procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of salon management software such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client records.
• Experience with retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages.
• Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, and barbering is highly desirable.
• Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
