What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality lash extension services, lash lifts, tints, and esthetic treatments with precision and care
• Provide thoughtful, personalized consultations to ensure each guest’s goals and lifestyle are considered
• Deliver an elevated guest experience from start to finish, rooted in warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across all services
• Educate guests on aftercare and product recommendations to support long-term results

Who You Are:

• Licensed Esthetician (Kansas) with a passion for lashes and skin
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for beauty, symmetry, and customization
• A clear communicator with positive, welcoming energy and strong interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and committed to upholding brand standards at all times
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment and contributes to a positive studio culture
• Growth-minded and open to ongoing education, feedback, and skill development
