Licensed Esthetician and Lash Technician (3 years+ experience is required)

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Master Esthetician who is also an experienced Lash Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will deliver expert skincare treatments, eyelash extensions, and other esthetic services while providing outstanding guest experiences. Your expertise will help elevate our clients’ beauty routines through personalized consultations, professional service delivery, and effective product recommendations.

Duties

• Provide expert skin consultations and customized facials
• Perform advanced facial treatments
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend products
• Help build long-term client relationships and rebooking success
• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, hair threading, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Apply eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and lash tints to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Meevo
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client preferences, and follow-up care instructions.

Skills

• Valid Master Esthetician license with lash extension certification.
• Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox, and body waxing.
• Strong knowledge of management principles for scheduling, retail sales, and client retention strategies.
• Proficiency with salon management software such as Meevo.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Skilled in social media for marketing promotions and client engagement and team up with our social media manager to produce content.
