Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, waxing, and other esthetic services tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and skincare routines
• Deliver therapeutic massage sessions such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques to alleviate pain and promote healing
• Educate clients on skin health, product recommendations, and self-care practices to support long-term results
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment area adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client preferences, and progress notes for ongoing care
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually enhance your skills

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician and Massage Therapist with active certification in both disciplines
• Proven experience in medical spa or similar settings with a focus on patient service and satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to skin health and massage therapy
• Excellent patient assessment skills to customize treatments effectively
• Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of occupational health and safety standards
