The Role
We are looking for a skilled, personable, and operationally savvy Part-Time Esthetician & Patient Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This is a dual-role position — you will split your time between delivering expert skin treatments in the treatment room and supporting the front-of-house as a patient coordinator, helping manage the day-to-day flow of a busy, high-touch concierge practice.
The ideal candidate is as comfortable performing a customized facial as they are answering patient inquiries, managing appointment bookings, following up with clients, and ensuring every guest feels the Skin 22 Concierge difference from the moment they walk through the door. You will also assist with select operational tasks that keep the practice running smoothly — from inventory and supply management to supporting social content, retail, and special projects as needed.
This role offers significant growth potential. As Skin 22 expands, so does the opportunity for the right person to take on greater responsibility.

- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and uphold all sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
Patient Coordination
- Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for patients — in-person, by phone, and via digital channels
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and rebooking using our practice management software
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction, encourage rebooking, and gather reviews
- Assist patients in understanding treatment options, pricing, and packages — converting consultations to bookings and sales
- Manage patient intake forms, charts, and records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate pre- and post-treatment communications and care instructions
Operations & Business Support
- Assist with inventory tracking, product ordering, and retail floor merchandising
- Support online shop fulfillment and in-office retail sales
