Job Overview
We are seeking a EXPERIENCED Licensed Esthetician and Wax Specialist to join our vibrant skincare and beauty team. Candidate must have some clientele & willing to take initiative & social media savvy. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, including waxing, facials, and advanced esthetic services, while providing outstanding customer service that leaves clients feeling confident and refreshed. Your expertise will help elevate our clients’ beauty routines through personalized consultations and professional recommendations. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services such as body waxing, facials, brows,
• BROW EXPERIENCE IS A MAJOR PLUS
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace following all health and safety standards to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process payments, and manage client records efficiently.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in body waxing; additional certifications in laser treatments, dermal fillers, or Botox are a plus.
• Proven experience delivering a wide range of esthetic services including skin care treatments, waxing, brow services.
• Familiarity with beauty management software platforms for scheduling and client management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in skincare and body treatments.
• Experience with retail sales techniques to promote products confidently while maintaining professionalism.
