If you’re looking for a slower-paced spa role with minimal client interaction, this will not be the right fit.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering non-invasive body contouring, cryotherapy, and skin treatments while also leading consultations and helping clients commit to treatment plans.

In addition to your primary location in Fredericksburg, you may have the opportunity to travel for 3-day promotional events, working alongside a high-performing team in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform body contouring, cryotherapy, and skin treatments (training provided)
• Conduct consultations and confidently guide clients toward treatment plans
• Educate clients on expectations, results, and consistency
• Recommend packages and ongoing services based on client goals
• Maintain a clean, professional, and efficient workspace
• Deliver a high-level client experience at every appointment
• Participate in select travel-based event opportunities (optional but preferred)

What We’re Looking For

• Active Esthetician License (Virginia)
• Minimum 1 year experience in aesthetics, med spa, or related field
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment
• Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel for short-term event opportunities (preferred)
• Coachable and open to feedback
