About the Role

You will deliver non-invasive body contouring, cryotherapy, and skin treatments while also leading consultations and helping clients commit to treatment plans.

In addition to your primary location in Wyomissing, you may have the opportunity to travel for 3-day promotional events with our extended team, gaining exposure to high-volume client environments and additional earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform body contouring, cryotherapy, and skin treatments (training provided)
• Conduct consultations and confidently guide clients toward treatment plans
• Educate clients on expectations, results, and consistency
• Recommend packages and ongoing services based on client goals
• Maintain a clean, professional, and efficient workspace
• Deliver a high-level client experience at every appointment
• Participate in select travel-based event opportunities (optional but preferred)

What We’re Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 1 year experience in aesthetics, med spa, or related field
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Willingness to travel for short-term event opportunities (preferred)
• Coachable and open to feedback
