Licensed Esthetician – Body Treatments & Massage Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services, enhance client relaxation and well-being, and contribute to a positive spa experience. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, sanitation, and professional expertise in various massage techniques and skincare treatments. The Massage Therapist will also have opportunities to perform esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and product demonstrations to enrich client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and other modalities tailored to client needs
• Perform esthetic treatments such as laser therapy, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care as needed
• Maintain proper sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client concerns and recommending suitable treatments or retail products
• Conduct product demos to educate clients about skincare and wellness products
• Assist clients with retail sales of skincare, massage products, and beauty accessories
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients
• Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in massage therapy
• Experience in body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in spa settings
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to perform retail sales and product demonstrations confidently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required
• Prior experience with esthetic laser treatments is a plus but not mandatory
