Bellissima is seeking a talented, licensed esthetician who is passionate about brows, lashes, and creating an exceptional client experience. We are a well-established boutique beauty studio in Denver known for natural results, personalized service, and a loyal clientele.

This position is ideal for someone who specializes in brow artistry and is looking to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform brow waxing, shaping, and grooming services
• Provide brow tinting and brow lamination services
• Perform lash lift and tint services
• Deliver exceptional client consultations and recommendations
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Educate clients on aftercare and retail products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to a positive and professional team culture

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Esthetician License
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in brow and lash services
• Strong brow shaping skills and attention to detail
• Experience with brow lamination and lash lift/tint services required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Comfortable with retail recommendations and client education

Schedule

• Starting at 2 days per week
• Opportunity to increase hours and build a larger schedule as demand grows
• Some evening and Saturday availability preferred
