You’ll be working within a reputable medical clinic environment that has a steady flow of patients from multiple verticals.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a licensed esthetician with extensive laser experience who:

• Has an existing book of business or strong community presence
• Is a self-starter with entrepreneurial drive
• Loves marketing, networking, and building client relationships
• Wants access to high-end devices without signing a long-term lease or taking on major capital costs
• Is motivated by a competitive commission-based structure with high earning potential

This role is not a fit for someone who dislikes marketing, self-promotion, or building their own book.

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• 2–5+ years of laser experience preferred
• Experience with Alma platforms is a major plus
• Strong client retention skills
• Business-minded and comfortable operating independently with support
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
