Licensed Esthetician (Commission-Based – Facials & Waxing)

De Jolie Spa is seeking a passionate and licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and experienced in performing advanced skincare treatments while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including:
• Customized facials
• Chemical peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Hydrafacial treatments
• LED therapy
• Acne and anti-aging treatments
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and products.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room.
• Ensure compliance with state board sanitation and safety regulations.
• Promote and recommend spa services and skincare products.
• Maintain detailed client treatment records.
• Deliver a luxury client experience aligned with De Jolie Spa standards.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Esthetician License required.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in spa or medical spa preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends.
