Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and body contour treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct body waxing procedures efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and client comfort.
• Apply makeup creatively for special occasions or photo shoots, ensuring personalized looks that meet client expectations.
• Deliver stress relieving deep tissue face massages and other body treatments to promote relaxation and muscle relief.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to enhance their beauty regimen.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist clients with selecting skincare products and beauty solutions tailored to their needs through effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in esthetic laser treatment preferred.
• Proven experience in body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Ability to perform retail sales by recommending suitable products based on client needs.
• Experience with product demos and explaining complex procedures in an understandable manner.
