Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and body waxing with precision and care.
• Deliver advanced skincare services such as esthetic laser treatments and deep tissue massage to meet diverse client needs.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting tools, equipment, and treatment areas to ensure client safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, explaining treatment options clearly, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Conduct product demos and retail sales to educate clients about skincare products and enhance their treatment experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients to build trust, foster loyalty, and encourage repeat visits.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to refine skills and introduce new techniques to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in waxing; additional certifications in laser treatments or dermabrasion are a plus.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures within a salon or spa setting.
• Ability to perform multiple services including makeup application, nail care, and retail product demos confidently.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products effectively.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new beauty techniques like esthetic laser treatments or advanced massage therapies. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.07 - $30.19 per hour
