About Us

Hair Regrow Solutions is a luxury hair and scalp wellness studio specializing in advanced non-medical hair restoration services including laser hair growth therapy, scalp rejuvenation treatments, growth factor systems, and scalp micropigmentation support services. We are starting with two boutique locations in Manhattan and White Plains with a focus on premium client experience and visible results.

We are seeking a polished, professional Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist who is confident in performing scalp-focused treatments while also supporting front desk and client coordination duties.Onsite training of equipments and skill enhancement can be discussed and provided.

Responsibilities

Treatment Services:

• Perform laser hair growth sessions (LLLT systems)
• Conduct scalp cleansing and detox treatments
• Assist with growth factor and meso-based scalp applications (non-medical)
• Capture scalp images using digital analysis systems
• Maintain strict sanitation and NYS compliance standards
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure luxury presentation standards

Client Experience & Front Desk Support:

• Greet and check in clients
• Assist with scheduling and rebooking
• Answer phone and text inquiries professionally
• Support consultation flow and documentation
• Process payments and retail sales
• Maintain a high-end, organized studio environment

Qualifications

• Active New York State Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required)
• Minimum 1 year experience in spa, medspa, salon, or aesthetic setting preferred
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Comfortable discussing hair thinning and cosmetic scalp concerns
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, scheduling systems)
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between Manhattan and White Plains as needed
• Must be available weekends
