LICENSED ESTHETICIAN / FACIAL SPECIALIST

Luxxe Skin Aesthetics is opening its second location and is looking for a passionate, energetic, and client-focused Facial Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facials
• Perform Hydrafacial treatments
• Perform Microneedling treatments
• Perform Chemical Peels
• Perform facial massage techniques
• Conduct skin consultations and skin analysis
• Recommend treatment plans and skincare products
• Educate clients on home care and aftercare
• Take before-and-after photos when appropriate
• Maintain treatment rooms clean, organized, and professional
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Facial Specialist or Esthetician License required
• Experience performing facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Experience with Microneedling required
• Experience with Chemical Peels required
• Experience with Hydrafacial preferred
• Experience performing facial massage techniques preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Fluent English required
• Spanish preferred
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Training:

Luxxe uses Yon-Ka Paris as our signature facial line. Training will be provided to the candidate selected for the position.

Compensation:

• 30% commission on all services performed
• Tips

Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday
• Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling
