Licensed Esthetician / Facialist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions to meet client needs.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively.
• Conduct body waxing, makeup application, and nail care services to enhance client appearance.
• Provide deep tissue massage and product demos to educate clients about skincare routines and products.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments and work areas.
• Assist clients with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring a relaxing experience.
• Promote additional services such as eyelash extensions or body treatments to increase client satisfaction and retention.
• Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in skincare services.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
• Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting skincare products confidently.
