Licensed Esthetician for waxing and facials (2+ years exp)

We’re Hiring an Licensed Esthetician

This is a part-time roll. We always can change to full time after a grace period.

Location: Skin from Brazil - McDonough GA
Compensation: Hourly + Commission on products sold and laser packages + Bonus for client retention

We are seeking a licensed Aesthetician and Assistant Laser Practitioner to join their team 4 days per week with the opportunity to grow into a full time position. What You’ll Do:

• Greet every guest with warmth & professionalism.
• Perform advanced aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser hair removal.
• Perform body waxing services including brazilian wax and face wax.
• Deliver exceptional client care, education, and treatment plans.
• Upsell services & recommend retail to enhance the guest’s results
• Ensure every guest pre-books their next visit for consistency & retention.
• Encourage 5-star reviews & referrals to grow our guest base.
• Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and maintain a professional treatment space and professional treatment room.
• Foster a motivating, high-energy environment.

Who You Are:

• Licensed Aesthetician with a Georgia license
• Certified or Licensed Assistant Laser Practitioner in Georgia (BIG PLUS)
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Someone who takes pride in delivering unforgettable guest experiences
• Salon, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience? (BIG PLUS)
• Comfortable working 4 days a week with the desire to grow into more hours
• Know how to keep personal matters outside workplace.
