Licensed Esthetician & Front Desk Coordinator

Kintsu MedSpa is seeking a versatile and dynamic Licensed Esthetician who is also comfortable performing front desk duties for a part time role (10-20 hours a week). The ideal candidate must be available to work Saturdays and at least one weekday. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both hands-on skincare treatments and client-facing administrative tasks. What You’ll Do:

As an Esthetician, you will:

• Provide customized facials and skincare treatments tailored to client needs.
• Perform Oxygen Facials and other advanced non-surgical aesthetic services.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate products—familiarity with Jan Marini, Skinceuticals, Hydrinity and Alastin is a plus!
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in treatment rooms.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will:

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and luxury experience.
• Handle appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and check-outs.
• Manage phone calls, texts, and inquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Assist with product sales and educate clients on skincare regimens.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient front desk environment.

Who You Are:

• A licensed esthetician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dual-role position.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Experienced in selling skincare products and educating clients on their benefits.
• Highly organized, personable, and customer-focused.
• Has prior experience working as a receptionist or in an administrative role at a medical spa or within the aesthetics industry.
