iCare Beauty & Wellness Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in Lawrenceville. The ideal candidate has a passion for medical-grade skincare, a proven track record of client retention, and the ability to deliver exceptional, results-driven treatments. Responsibilities: Perform advanced skin analyses and create customized treatment plans for clients. Deliver professional-grade services, including chemical peels, medical-grade facials, and advanced device-based treatments. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical treatment notes for every client. Provide expert product recommendations and drive retail sales by educating clients on their home-care routines. Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and HIPAA compliance. Requirements: Active Georgia Esthetician License. 3+ years of experience in a medical spa or clinical environment. Proven expertise in advanced skincare technology and protocols. Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality facials and skin care services based on our spa’s treatment protocols. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skincare needs. Upsell products and treatments by providing personalized recommendations to guests. Ensure treatment rooms and common areas are clean and maintained to health department standards. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions. Requirements: Active Georgia Esthetician License. Strong foundation in skincare and passion for wellness. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $23.72 - $28.57 per hour
