Licensed Esthetician Job Responsibilities.

This is not a routine esthetician position.

We are looking for an esthetician who wants more than “just a job”—someone who is excited to:

• Work closely with handcrafted, in-house products

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small business environment and enjoys being hands-on in both client care and the evolution of services.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized facials using our in-house products
• Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences
• Actively contribute to the growth of the esthetics department
• Help refine and evolve treatment offerings
• Educate clients on skincare in a genuine, non-sales-driven way
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space

Who You Are

• A licensed esthetician in Maryland
• Reliable, dependable, and accountable
• Self-motivated and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Excited by small business dynamics (not just structured routines)
• Passionate about natural skincare and wellness
• Interested in growing your role and taking ownership over time

• Are not interested in contributing beyond assigned tasks

Compensation is commission-based with additional earning opportunities for those who take initiative, contribute to department growth, and step into expanded responsibilities
