Licensed Esthetician | Hydrafacial Specialist

Vanity Life Studio, located in the downtown area of Dallas, Texas, is a growing beauty and wellness studio offering eyelash extensions, full-body waxing, advanced facial treatments, lash care products, wellness detox treatments, and luxury salon suites occupied by talented beauty professionals. We are known for providing a luxurious, private, and uplifting experience that helps our clients feel confident, refreshed, and cared for.

We're looking for a licensed esthetician specializing in HydraFacial treatments, waxing services, and result-driven skincare who is not only skilled but also excited to grow with us. This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, client education, and building a loyal clientele while contributing to a growing beauty brand.

What You'll Do

• Perform HydraFacial treatments and customized facial services tailored to client concerns and goals
• Perform professional waxing services for women and men, including facial waxing, body waxing, bikini waxing, and Brazilian waxing
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend treatment plans based on each client's skincare needs
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, treatment maintenance, and waxing aftercare
• Recommend appropriate retail skincare products and homecare solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room at all times
• Stay current with skincare trends, ingredients, products, and treatment techniques
• Follow all TDLR hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Build strong client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and long-term trust
• Create a welcoming, luxury experience that leaves clients feeling cared for and confident
• Work as part of a collaborative and positive team environment
• Support the growth and vision of Vanity Life Studio by representing the brand professionally

What We're Looking For

• Current Texas Esthetician License
• Experience performing HydraFacial treatments
• Experience performing waxing services, including Brazilian waxing
• Strong consultation and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Comfortable working with both female and male clients
• Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and continued education
• Familiarity with online booking systems such as Acuity, Square, GlossGenius, or similar platforms is a plus
• Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
