Responsibilities:

• Perform professional facial services customized to client needs• Perform waxing services• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards• Create a welcoming, relaxing experience for clients• Build strong client relationships and encourage retention• Work collaboratively within a wellness-focused environment

Preferred (But Not Required):

We would LOVE to find someone who either currently offers or is interested in expanding into:

Qualifications:

• Active esthetician license required• Weekend availability required• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated• Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel their best• Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and makeup application to meet client needs.
• Administer advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy and deep tissue massage with precision and care.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean, hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail options to enhance their wellness journey.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating personalized treatment plans.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products based on individual skin types and preferences.
• Support the team during promotional events or product launches through demonstrations and consultations.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain procedures and engage clients effectively.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for maintaining a compliant workspace.
• Ability to perform retail sales techniques confidently while providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with nail care services and deep tissue massage is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $25.88 - $45.00 per hour
