About Us:
We are a growing clinic specializing in electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing, with plans to expand into a full-service medspa. We are looking for a dedicated team member who wants to grow with us long-term.

Compensation:

• $17/hour base pay (minimum wage)
• Plus $0.25 per treatment minute (commission)
• Example: If you work 1 fully booked hour, you earn $17 base + $15 commission = $32/hour
• The more booked hours you have, the more you earn

Training:

• Paid training provided for the right candidate
• Training period is a few weeks at $17/hour (no commission during training)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Esthetician to perform electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing services. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is serious about building a career in this field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing services
• Conduct consultations and recommend treatment plans
• Educate clients on pre- and post-care
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms
• Keep accurate client records
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships

Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician license (required)
• Experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Schedule:

• Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturdays: Closed

Important Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Must be available full-time
• Must be able to work Sundays
• Must be available for some evening hours
