We specialize in results-driven skincare and advanced technologies, including Alma Lasers for IPL, ClearLift, laser resurfacing, and tattoo removal, as well as RF Microneedling for skin tightening and collagen stimulation. The Opportunity
We are hiring two experienced estheticians to join our team: 3 Years minimum experience

• Laser Specialist
• Acne Specialist

.These are not entry-level roles. We are looking for providers who are confident in their craft, driven to grow, and focused on delivering results.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform customized, results-driven facials based on client needs
• Treat acne clients including advanced extractions and treatment planning
• Perform chemical peels, dermaplaning, and corrective treatments
• Perform advanced treatments including RF Microneedling
• Perform laser treatments using Alma Lasers, including IPL, ClearLift, laser resurfacing, and tattoo removal
• Provide laser hair removal treatments (certification required)
• Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare, and home care
• Rebook clients consistently and maintain a high level of client retention
• Actively build your book of business through referrals, networking, and client experience

Services You Should Be Comfortable Performing

• Customized facials and acne treatments
• Advanced extractions
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• RF Microneedling
• Alma Laser treatments: IPL, ClearLift, laser resurfacing, tattoo removal
• Laser hair removal
• Microneedling
• Microdermabrasion
• Lash lift and tint
• Brow waxing, shaping, and tinting

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Esthetics License
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience post-licensure
• Certifications in RF microneedling, laser, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and related treatments
• Experience with or willingness to master Alma Laser platforms
• Strong consultation, sales, and client education skills
• Comfortable rebooking clients and maintaining high client retention
• Active on social media, including posting engaging content and representing the brand
• Willing to attend networking events and participate in community outreach
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Schedule and Compensation

• 25 to 35 hours per week
• Hourly plus commission structure
• Ongoing education and access to advanced treatments and technology

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and adherence to company standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
