We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician with Laser Technician experience and at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is skilled in both advanced skincare treatments and laser-based services, and is committed to delivering safe, results-driven treatments while maintaining the highest level of client care.

What You’ll Do

Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and advanced skincare services

Perform laser-based treatments such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other energy-based procedures in accordance with Florida regulations

Conduct comprehensive skincare and laser consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans

Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care, skincare routines, and recommended products

Maintain treatment rooms, laser equipment, and sanitation standards according to med spa protocols and Florida regulatory guidelines

Build and maintain strong client relationships through professionalism, trust, and excellent service

Collaborate with the medical and spa team to ensure a smooth and exceptional client experience

Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and consultations in Aesthetic Record (or similar EMR system)

Requirements

Current Florida Aesthetician License (required)

Laser Technician certification and hands-on experience performing laser treatments (required)

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in aesthetics or medical spa settings

Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, treatment protocols, and laser safety

Excellent communication, consultation, and client education skills

Professional appearance and demeanor with strong attention to detail

Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and passion for delivering high-quality client care

Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced schedule

Experience with Aesthetic Record or similar EMR system preferred
