Licensed Esthetician /Laser Technician

Duties

• Perform esthetic laser treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation correction with precision and safety.
• Conduct a variety of skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, peels.
• Provide thorough client consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans and skincare products.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results and satisfaction.
• Assist with retail product merchandising and promote skincare lines during client visits.

Skills

• Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments with a strong understanding of safety guidelines.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and sterilization procedures in a clinical setting.
• Effective communication skills to explain treatment options and skincare advice confidently.
• Ability to promote retail sales through product demos and personalized recommendations.
