Position Summary
Fraser Eye Care Center has a rewarding opportunity available for an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. Under the direct supervision of a licensed Medical Doctor, this position performs a variety of aesthetic services, procedures, and consultations designed to improve and maintain the appearance and health of each patient's skin.
The ideal candidate will have Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment experience or be willing to learn and train in advanced skin rejuvenation treatments. This role also includes assisting physicians with neuro toxin, filler injections, and various other skin treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Perform skin care consultations and recommend treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Provide aesthetic treatments including facials, peels, IPL, and other skin rejuvenation services
  • Assist physicians during aesthetic injections and dermal filler procedures
  • Scheduling oculoplastic surgical procedures for patients by coordinating available dates
  • Prepare patients for surgical procedures as directed by the physician
  • Provide post-procedure skin treatments to promote healing and optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients on skincare products, treatment plans, and home care instructions
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Deliver compassionate, professional, and exceptional patient care, at all times
Requirements
  • Completion of state-approved cosmetology program
  • Licensed Esthetician or Medical Esthetician license from an approved state program
  • Minimum of 2 years of esthetician experience, preferred
  • Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
  • Compassion and empathy for patients
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely when providing patient instructions and skincare education
  • Strong attention to detail and a steady hand for treatment and procedures
  • Experience with practice management software and EMR systems, preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work on Saturday, occasionally
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple office locations
