Commission-Based Position

The Science of Beauty is seeking an experienced, licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician with an established clientele who is ready to grow within a luxury, results-driven med spa environment.

This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for a provider who already has a loyal client base and is looking for a high-end space, advanced technology, and operational support to elevate their business.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform advanced esthetic and laser treatments (facials, laser services, microneedling, etc.)
• Maintain and grow your existing clientele
• Deliver exceptional, results-driven client experiences
• Educate clients on treatment plans and skincare recommendations
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Esthetician License (required)
• Laser Technician Certification (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a med spa or clinical setting
• Existing clientele preferred
• Experience with advanced treatments and devices
• Strong communication and client retention skills
• Professional, self-motivated, and growth-oriented

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with Morpheus8, laser facials, laser hair removal, procell microneedling
• Social media presence or ability to self-promote
• Sales experience with skincare or treatment packages

Compensation:

• Commission-based (details discussed during interview based on experience and clientele)
