Licensed Esthetician – Commission Position

The Haven Beauty Co., located in downtown Flat Rock, is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our growing salon team. This is a commission-based employee position in a professional, appointment-only salon environment.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

• Employment Type: Commission (W-2 Employee)

• Location: Flat Rock, MI

• Schedule: Flexible, based on availability and client demand

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be comfortable performing a variety of esthetic services, including:

• Lash Extensions (classic, hybrid, volume preferred)

• Lash Lifts and Tints

• Brow Laminations, Tinting, Shaping, and Mapping

• Dermaplaning

• Facial and Body Waxing

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Esthetics License (Required)

• Experience in multiple esthetic services preferred

• Strong attention to detail and sanitation standards

• Professional communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and client-focused

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
