Licensed Esthetician | Lash Experience Preferred, Not Required

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team at Xquisite Med Spa. Lash experience is preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

This position offers a flexible schedule with part-time to full-time opportunities available based on your availability. This is a commission-based position with strong growth potential in a positive, team-oriented environment. Earnings are fully dependent on booked services, schedule availability, client retention, and upselling products.

Qualifications

• Esthetician License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping clients feel confident
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Lash experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Med spa experience is a plus, but not required

Expectations

• Provide excellent client care and maintain a welcoming environment
• Perform esthetic services professionally and safely
• Help educate clients on treatments and products
