Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, body waxing, hair threading, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Apply eyelash extensions professionally, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to maximize scheduling flow.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling skincare products to enhance client results.
• Engage actively on social media platforms to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and connect with potential clients.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, managing bookings, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
• Stay current with industry trends such as med spa procedures, hair styling techniques, nail care innovations, tattooing practices, and esthetic laser treatments to continually elevate service quality.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Cosmetologist or Esthetician with proven experience in skincare treatments and lash extensions.
• Hands-on experience with advanced procedures like dermal fillers, Botox injections, tattooing, laser treatments, and body waxing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of management software including Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Demonstrated skills in social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community online.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards specific to esthetics and laser procedures is essential.

Pay: $24.80 - $29.87 per hour
