Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser treatments to meet client needs and preferences.
• Provide advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, esthetic laser procedures, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options to promote healthy skin habits.
• Manage your client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY to ensure smooth scheduling and record-keeping.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Upsell retail products by demonstrating their benefits through product demos and personalized consultations to enhance client results
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training in makeup application, hair threading and other esthetic services.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and engage with the community to grow your brand presence.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Licensed Esthetician with knowledge of cosmetology practices including skin care treatments, hair removal techniques (body waxing), eyelash extensions and makeup application.
• Strong management skills for scheduling appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and protocols essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion procedures, dermal fillers, Botox injections (botulinum toxin) and med spa procedures preferred.
• Ability to upsell products confidently through demos and personalized recommendations while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience managing social media platforms for marketing purposes including content creation related to beauty services or promotions.
• Strong sales skills combined with hospitality-minded guest services approach to ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
