We’re not your average spa. We’re a fast-growing, woman-owned beauty studio in East & West Lansing offering personalized lashes, facials, sugaring, and waxing—plus premium skincare clients actually take home and use.

We don’t rely on brand-name traffic like chain studios. Instead, we earn our success through relationships, results, and rebooking. That means you’ll build something real—with tools, mentorship, and a team that’s just as ambitious as you.

This role if for you if:

• You’re licensed in Michigan (or about to be)

• You want to build a brand, not just clock in

• You love educating clients and recommending products

• You’re obsessed with skin, lashes, or sugaring

• You can take feedback and are willing to grow

What You’ll Do

• Perform lashes, facials, waxing/sugaring

• Rebook and retain your “skin-friends”

• Recommend skincare products using our clean beauty lines

• Share or repost content to build your visibility and trust

• Work toward service + retail goals with support
