Licensed Esthetician (Lashes, Brows, Advanced Facials)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed esthetician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in lash and brow services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume preferred)
• Brow services (shaping, tinting, lamination preferred)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Conduct client consultations and recommend services
• Build and retain a loyal client base
• Upsell additional treatments and retail products

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Esthetician License
• Minimum 2 years experience in lashes and brows (REQUIRED)
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Skilled in facial techniques, scalp treatments, and body therapies
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Must be confident working independently
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends preferred
