Job Overview
IVORY Beauty Spa is a luxury facial spa in Waikīkī with a clean, minimal aesthetic. We are seeking a Hawaii-licensed Esthetician with a minimum of 1 year of experience who is warm, professional, and passionate about excellent customer service. Japanese-speaking candidates are highly preferred.

Duties

• Perform all IVORY Beauty Spa signature facial services, including Brightening Facial , Acne-Prone Facial , HydraFacial, High Frequency Facial, Oxygen Infusion Facial, RF Tightening, Blue Light Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Korean Facial , cavitation body treatments etc .,
• Perform all add-on treatments, including Gua Sha, Jade Roller, Ice Globes, Scalp Massage, Collagen Mask, and Gold Mask, your professional ideas to add on can be excepted as well .
• Maintain a clean, minimal, and professional treatment environment at all times
• Clean, sanitize, fold, and organize . Towels folded and rolled when needed .
• Follow all sanitation and hygiene standards strictly
• Deliver warm, friendly, and high-level customer service. We want to give Chanel like customer service !
• Assist with client checkout and front desk support when needed
• Follow all training, instructions, and guidance from the owner or manager.

Skills

• Valid Hawaii Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 1 year of professional esthetician experience
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments and advanced skincare techniques
• Excellent customer service with warm, friendly communication style
• High standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• Ability to multitask in a FAST-paced luxury spa environment
• Comfortable with client checkout and basic front desk support
• Ability to follow training, protocols, and management direction
• Japanese language skills are a strong plus
