Requirements

• Active Esthetician License (NY required)
• Strong facial and skin analysis skills (or willingness to learn our system)
• Ability to sell services and skincare products
• Ability to meet sales goals and quotas
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality facial treatments, Laser hair removal, waxing and services
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend treatments
• Educate clients on skincare routines and products
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment room
• Deliver a luxury, results driven client experience
